Developmental Center Mitigations

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5911-1003, in line 11 by inserting after the word “guardianship;” the following: - “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be allocated as mitigation amongst the towns and cities hosting a developmental center, referred to as a "state school" under Chapter 19B of the General Laws”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$74,696,950” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$74,796,950”.
