Mr. Wong of Saugus moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting after “2020” the following: ; provided further that not less than $200,000 be expended for the repair of the “Quinn road” water storage tank in the city of Lynn, and in said item, by striking out the figures “$163,176” and inserting thereof the figures “$363,176”
