Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "provided further that not less than $124,000 be provided for the operation of counselling and outreach services of the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$3,100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$3,224,000"
