New Beginnings Substance Abuse Program

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill in line item 4512-0200, by inserting in line 12, after the word “system” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program that targets youth at risk and in recovery in collaboration with school districts” in said item by striking out the figures “$143,912,718” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$144,012,718”.
