Mr. DeCoste of Norwell moves to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting after item 7008-1024 the following item:-  “7008-1116  For the Norwell Housing Authority; provided, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended to reconstruct the sidewalks and parking areas for ADA compliance …………..$75,000”.
