William E. Carter American Legion Post Upgrades & Repairs

Mr. Cullinane of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1410-0010, by inserting after the word “services” the following “provided that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for maintenance repairs and facility upgrades at the William E. Carter American Legion Post in the Mattapan section of the City of Boston”; and by striking out the figures “$3,952,840” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,052,840.”
