Mr. Brodeur of Melrose moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $140,000 be expended for accessibility improvements to the facilities of the non-profit  Follow Your Art Community Studios Inc. in Melrose, including but not limited to, handicap elevators, bathrooms and entrances.”, and in said item by striking out the figures "$16,568,079" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$16,708,079"
