Amendment #684 to H3800

MassHealth Asset Recovery and Long Term Care Insurance

Mr. Brodeur of Melrose moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXX. Section 33 of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “purchased” in line 7, the following words:- “or at any time thereafter”
