Amendment #698 to H3800

Norfolk County Courthouse Designation

Mr. Mariano of Quincy moves that the bill be amended by inserting the following new section:-

“SECTION __. The Norfolk county superior court in the town of Dedham shall be designated and known as the William D. Delahunt Courthouse. The division of capital asset management and maintenance shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the division.”
