Amendment #708 to H3800

Autism Insurance Resource Center

Representatives Barber of Somerville, Mahoney of Worcester, Donahue of Worcester, Puppolo of Springfield, Keefe of Worcester, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Robinson of Framingham, Garballey of Arlington, Ferguson of Holden, Lewis of Framingham, Ashe of Longmeadow, Linsky of Natick and Garry of Dracut move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4000-0300, by adding the following:  And provided further that no less than $108,445 shall be expended for continued operation of the Autism Insurance Resource Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center to provide information, technical assistance and support to families of individuals with autism, including individuals enrolled in MassHealth; and in said item by striking out the figures “$107,816,936” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$107,925,381".
