Amendment #713 to H3800

Pilgrim Decommissioning

Representatives Muratore of Plymouth, LaNatra of Kingston, Meschino of Hull, Crocker of Barnstable, Gifford of Wareham and Vieira of Falmouth move to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 2000-0100, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following words:- “provided, that funds shall be expended for an interagency working group for the decommissioning process at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station to hire experts, contract for services and provide for materials and other reasonable and necessary expenses” and by striking out the figures “$9,366,223” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- “$9,466,223”.
