Housing Program Amendment

Mr. Capano of Lynn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION X. Section seven of chapter forty T as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is hereby amended by adding after the word “cent” in line six, the following words:- “except for properties financed through the program established by section 10 of Chapter 855 of the acts of 1970, which will reach the end of their mortgage terms after June 30, 2019, where the period of protections for low-income tenants after termination shall be ten years.”
