Amendment #730 to H3800

Cape Cod Housing Stability

Representatives Crocker of Barnstable, Whelan of Brewster, Muratore of Plymouth, Vieira of Falmouth and Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in section 2, by adding in line item 7004-0102 the following: “; provided further that not less than $65,000 shall be expended for the Housing Assistance Corporation for regional programs that provide comprehensive services to remove obstacles to housing for individuals and families experiencing housing instability including homelessness, but not limited to community training programs, seniors aging in place, homeless prevention for families and individuals, and implementation of Rent 365”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$53,355,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$53,420,000”.
