Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: “; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to Martha’s Vineyard Community Services for the purpose of funding medically assisted treatment” and in said item by striking out the figures “$143,912,718 ” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$143,962,718”.
