Amendment #761 to H3800

One Family Scholars Program

Representatives Khan of Newton, Cahill of Lynn, Capano of Lynn, Lewis of Framingham, Muratore of Plymouth and Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7070-0065, in line 11, by striking the words “One Family, Inc.” and in said item, in line 12, by inserting after the year "2019" the following: “: provided further that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the One Family Inc. One Family Scholars program,” and in said item by striking out the figures "$105,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$105,050,000”.
