Commonwealth Apiary Inspection Program

Representatives Keefe of Worcester, Gifford of Wareham, Dykema of Holliston, Ferguson of Holden, Vieira of Falmouth, Khan of Newton, Donahue of Worcester, Meschino of Hull, Gentile of Sudbury, Crocker of Barnstable, Hecht of Watertown, Ciccolo of Lexington, Domb of Amherst, Gouveia of Acton, Schmid of Westport, Blais of Sunderland, Jones of North Reading, Barber of Somerville, Connolly of Cambridge, Ashe of Longmeadow, Lewis of Framingham, Honan of Boston, Mahoney of Worcester, Peake of Provincetown and Kane of Shrewsbury move to amend the bill in section 2, item 2511-0100, in line 9, by inserting after the word "department" the following: "provided, that not less than $115,000 shall be expended for the apiary inspection program; and in said item by striking out the figures “$6,068,662" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,183,662".
