Amendment #767 to H3800

New Bedford Police Department Opioid Task Force

Representatives Hendricks of New Bedford, Schmid of Westport, Cabral of New Bedford and Markey of Dartmouth move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0810-1205, in line 53, by adding the following:

"provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the New Bedford Police Department in the City of New Bedford to support the Opioid Task Force program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,818,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,868,000".
