Amendment #777 to H3800

Lyon's Field Accessibility Path in Auburndale

Representatives Khan of Newton, Balser of Newton and Lawn of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 18 by inserting after the words “District Local Technical Assistance Fund” the following: “; and further provided, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended  to the City of Newton for Lyon's Field Accessibility Path along Commonwealth Avenue in Auburndale”; and in said item by striking out the figures $3,475,000 and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,525,000”.
