Amendment #782 to H3800
Daily rate of support for children in foster care
Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Murray of Milford, Rogers of Norwood, Linsky of Natick, Gentile of Sudbury, McKenna of Webster, González of Springfield, Keefe of Worcester, Barrett of North Adams, Crocker of Barnstable and Honan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting in line 16 after "services" the eleventh time it appears, the following: "provided further that not less than $17,500,000 shall be used to increase the daily rate of support for children in foster care and further, that funds shall be expended to increase access to behavioral health consultation and coaching for foster parents to support placement stability" and by striking the figures $307,739,474 and inserting in place thereof the figures $327,739,474.
