Amendment #816 to H3800

Massachusetts State Council Vietnam Veterans of America

Representatives Tosado of Springfield, González of Springfield, Williams of Springfield, Barrett of North Adams, Puppolo of Springfield, Hendricks of New Bedford, Velis of Westfield, Haggerty of Woburn, D'Emilia of Bridgewater and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0010, by adding at the end the following:

“;and provided further, not less than $150,000 shall be expended for Vietnam Veterans of America organization in Massachusetts to aid with Veterans filing claims to receive all existing medical and financial benefits that they are entitled to in the Commonwealth"; and in said item by striking the figures "$3,952,840" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,102,840”
