Amendment #830 to H3800

Beach Access Conservation Plan

Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Vincent of Revere, Crocker of Barnstable, Whelan of Brewster and Hunt of Sandwich move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2310-0300, in line 2, by inserting after "program" the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of implementing the statewide habitat conservation plan to increase recreational opportunities and shorebird conservation on the Commonwealth's beaches"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$154,221" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$254,221".
