Amendment #845 to H3800

For The Brookline Elder Taxi System

Representatives Vitolo of Brookline and Elugardo of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 7, by inserting after the words “$12 per-elder” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the Brookline Council on Aging for the purpose of expanding the Brookline Elder Taxi System to include ride-sharing companies”.
