Amendment #849 to H3800

Lovin’ Spoonful’s in Hampden County

Representatives Tosado of Springfield, González of Springfield, Williams of Springfield, Vega of Holyoke, Khan of Newton and Puppolo of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2511-0105, by adding at the end the following:

“; and provided further, not less than $125,000 shall be expended for the expansion of the Lovin’ Spoonful’s, Inc. Food Rescue into Hampden County, to begin perishable food delivery operations in Hampden County"; and in said item by striking the figures "$18,799,999" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$18,924,999"
