Improvements to the Councillor Robert E. Driscoll Memorial Skating Rink

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 7, by inserting after "2020" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the City of Peabody to make improvements and enhancements to the Councillor Robert E. Driscoll Memorial Skating Rink”; and in said item striking out the figures "$163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$188,176".
