moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-6368, in line 2, by inserting after “General Laws” the following: "; provided that a sum not to exceed $400,000 shall be expended to design and construct a traffic signal system to improve pedestrian safety on Boylston Street at Norfolk Road and Randolph Road in the Town of Brookline.”
