Veterans Northeast Outreach Center

Mrs. Campbell of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Veterans Northeast Outreach Center, Inc., in the city of Haverhill".
