Amendment #882 to H3800

Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center

Representatives Cassidy of Brockton, Cronin of Easton, Cutler of Duxbury, LaNatra of Kingston, Muratore of Plymouth, Meschino of Hull, Gifford of Wareham and D'Emilia of Bridgewater move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, at the end thereof by adding the following: "provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $175,000 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
