Boston Healthcare for the Homeless Pilot

Mr. Santiago of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110, in line 5, by inserting after the words "at 42 USC 254c(f)(1)", the following text: “provided that not less than $50,000 be expended toward the Boston Health Care for the Homeless for the establishment of a community outreach pilot program.”
