Representatives Santiago of Boston, Gifford of Wareham and Coppinger of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0010, by inserting the following: “and provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended on the New England Center for Arts & Technology, Inc.”
