Mr. Kafka of Stoughton moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 4, by adding after the word "development;" the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the restoration of the State Theatre in Stoughton,", and in said item by striking out the figures "163,176" and inserting in place thereof the figures "263,176"
