Amendment #902 to H3800

Pharmaceutical Co-Pay Assistance Law

Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 226 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 363 of the acts of 2018, is hereby amended by striking out the words “January 1, 2020”, and inserting in place thereof the following words: - "July 1, 2020."
