Amendment #925 to H3800

DCR Ice Time Allocation

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following; “Provided further, ice time shall be allocated to the following user groups in the following order of priority: (i)  general public skating; (ii)  volunteer-managed non-profit youth groups; (iii) public high school hockey; (iv)  private high school hockey; (v)  youth groups other than non-profit groups or non-profit groups with paid director other non-volunteer non-profit groups; (vi) adult organizations; and (vii) other groups.”
