Amendment #935 to H3800
DCAMM Land Use Study
Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:
"SECTION XXXX. "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) to conduct a study to determine proper, safe and realistic land uses for Commonwealth property in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, including but not limited to entities under the jurisdiction of: Bunker Hill Community College, and the Mass Department of Transportation, including the MBTA. This study should include, but not be limited to, the feasibility of waterway access, pedestrian access and other multi-modal transportation needs in conjunction with major transportation and development projects that are ongoing."
