Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 2A by inserting after item 4510-3008 the following: “4510-3010 ; For a grant to the Down Syndrome program at the UMass Memorial Children’s Medical Center based on the patient-centered medical home concept ....... $250,000”
