North Andover Recreation Complex

Representatives Minicucci of North Andover and Nguyen of Andover move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the construction of a multi-generational recreation complex in North Andover".
