Merrimack Valley Detox. and Rehab. Transportation Services

Representatives Nguyen of Andover, Devers of Lawrence, Mom of Lowell and Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, in line 55, by inserting after the words “grant program” the following: “; provided further, that no less than $300,000 shall be expended for a pilot program in the Merrimack Valley to provide transportation services to detoxification or rehabilitation facilities”; and in said item by striking out the figures “143,912,718” and inserting in place thereof the figures “144,212,718”.
