Friends of West Springfield Park and Recreation

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 by in item 7008-0900, by adding the following:

"Provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Friends of West Springfield Park and Recreation for infrastructure improvements and park maintenance."
