Representatives Minicucci of North Andover, Moran of Lawrence, Devers of Lawrence and Campbell of Methuen move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-1130, by adding at the end the following: “; provided further that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to Delamano, Inc. in Lawrence toward community outreach on domestic violence and sexual assault prevention and survivor services”.
