Upgrades to West Springfield Athletic Facilities

Mr. Finn of West Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7008-0900, by inserting the following:

"Provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of West Springfield for drainage and surface improvements to West Springfield athletic facilities.”
