Gavin Foundation Total Immersion Program

Representatives Biele of Boston and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by inserting in line 12 after "public system" the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for a contract with Gavin Foundation Inc. to provide a Total Immersion Program in conjunction with the Probation Departments of the South Boston division of district courts and other district courts, provided further that the Gavin Foundation shall be contracted to provide Total Immersion Programs stated herein"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$143,912,718" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$144,232,718".
