Laboure Recovery Connections

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 4800-0038, by inserting in line 21, after the words "flex services" the following: "; provided, that $75,000 shall be expended for the Laboure Center and its recovery connections program" and in said item by striking out the figures "$307,739,474" and inserting in place thereof "$307,804,474".
