Mr. Michlewitz of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 48 by inserting, in line 398, after the words “representatives,” the following:- 1 of whom shall be appointed by the speaker of the house,;

And moves to further amend the bill in said section 48 by inserting, in line 399, after the words “senate,” the following:- 1 of whom shall be appointed by the senate president,.
