Hemp Definition

Representatives Robinson of Framingham and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XXXX. Section 2 of Chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 4 after the word “tobacco” the following words:- “hemp as defined in section 116 of chapter 128,”.
