Amendment #9 to H3854

providing union contact information to employees

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

Section X, any union representative of a public employee union, and all board members and officers of such union, who receive personal information including the name, job title, department, work location, work, home or personal cellular telephone number, personal electronic mail address or home address relating to a newly hired employee, shall provide his or her name, job title, department, work location, work, home or personal cellular telephone number, personal electronic mail address and home address to such newly hired employee not later than ten days after such employee is hired or not later than the first pay period of the month following the hiring of such employee.
