Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 1, in lines 2 and 3, by striking out the words “, upon receipt of a completed application, payment of any applicable fees, after hearing and all due process, and in its sole discretion grant an” and inserting in place thereof the words “grant 1”.
