Ms. Robinson of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in line item 9300-8001, in line 55, by inserting after the word “both;” the words “provided further that all electric vehicle charging infrastructure purchased under this item meet basic industry interoperability standards for payment and data communications”
