Definition of local government bodies to include water and sewer districts, commissions, and authorities

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 3, in line 95, by inserting after the word “bodies” the words “, including water and/or sewer districts, commissions and authorities,”

In section 3, in lines 101 and 102, by inserting after the word "municipalities" the words, "local government bodies, including water and/or sewer districts, commissions and authorities,"

In section 3, in lines 104 and 105, by inserting after the word "municipalities" the words, "local government bodies, including water and/or sewer districts, commissions or authorities,"

In section 3, in lines 108 and 109, by inserting after the word "municipalities" the words, "local government bodies, including water and/or sewer districts, commissions or authorities,"
