Representatives Meschino of Hull and Provost of Somerville move to amend the bill in Section 3, in line 140, by striking out the word "may" and inserting in place thereof the word "shall".

And further move to amend the bill in Section 3, in line 152, after the word "municipalities." by inserting the following sentence: "Any such rules and regulations shall be developed in consultation with the secretary of housing and economic development to coordinate efforts of GreenWorks and MassWorks."
