To ensure compliance with the Global Warming Solutions Act

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 2A in line item 9300-8000 in line 26 after the word “Laws,” by inserting the following: “excluding clean energy technology or electricity generation that emits greenhouse gases or other air pollutants while producing energy or generating electricity,”

And further moves to amend the bill in Section 3 in line 102 after the word “land” by inserting the following: “, excluding clean energy technology or electricity generation that emits greenhouse gases or other air pollutants while producing energy or generating electricity.”
