Electric Vehicle Rebate Program

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill in section 3, in line 105, by striking the word “or” the first time it appears and inserting, in line 107, after the word “program” the following: “or (v) provide funding for the MOR-EV program administered by the department of energy resources in accordance with subsection (h) of this section”

And in line 163, by inserting after the word “reductions” the following:-

“(i) Within the program, not less than $30 million shall be expended to fund the MOR-EV program upon depletion of its existing funds.”
